LEBA is dedicated to assure that therapists are well respected for their earned expertise and are provided with the resources needed to assure that their skills are utilized, developed and expanded upon in order to provide career satisfaction and growth.
All new therapists are offered mentoring in various disciplines depending on their placements, background areas of expertise and requirements of their placements.
We provide the opportunity to observe therapists or volunteer in our therapy departments. Along with the opportunity to supervise Level I and Level II professional students may also be provided to qualified therapists.
Therapists are encouraged to envision, design and create new and innovative programs such as the Cafes that prepare and serve meals and snacks to staff and students.
